What we collect
When you use id2photo.com we collect the photos you upload, the email address you provide at checkout, and standard web analytics (page views, browser type, country).
How we use your data
- Uploaded photos are used solely to generate your ID photo outputs.
- Your email is used to send the result download link and payment receipt.
- We do not use uploaded photos for model training.
Data retention
- Unpaid jobs: photos and generated assets are deleted within 24 hours.
- Paid jobs: downloadable assets are retained for 7 days, then deleted.
- Payment records are retained for accounting and fraud prevention as required by law.
Deletion requests
You may request deletion of your data at any time via the feedback form. We will delete all associated image files promptly and retain only minimal payment records where legally required.
Third parties
- PayPal — processes payments; governed by PayPal's own privacy policy.
- Alibaba Cloud — hosts the infrastructure and object storage.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and localStorage for session continuity. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
